We do not build a 10 ft x 12 ft greenhouse. Our closest size is 10 ft x 13 ft - 130 sq ft of growing space, 10 sq ft more than a true 10x12. The length is 4 metres; these frames are manufactured metric and we publish the converted figure rather than rounding it down.

Ten by twelve is the size most first-time buyers land on, and it is a sensible landing point. At 10 ft wide you get benches down both sides and a real aisle between them rather than a shuffle. Thirteen feet of length gives you roughly two bench runs plus a potting corner without the structure dominating a normal suburban yard.
Concretely: two 10 ft benches, a 3 ft potting station, floor space for a few large containers or grow bags, and headroom to train tomatoes up to the roof line. It is enough to start every seedling you need for a large vegetable garden, overwinter a tender collection, and still walk through in a coat.
Why 13 ft and not 12 ft
These frames are built to metric lengths. Thirteen feet is the 4 metre length, which is 13.12 ft; we publish 13 ft. There is no 12 ft frame in the range, so a 10x12 search lands on the 13 ft unit - and lands there in your favour, because you get 10 sq ft more than you went looking for at no extra length of base preparation worth worrying about.
This is the rare case where the metric mismatch works out well. Buying a foot longer than planned is almost never regretted; the common regret in this category is buying too small.

Before you commit, look one size up
The single most common message we get from greenhouse owners a year in is that they wish they had gone longer. Length is the cheap dimension: the frame profile, the door count and the width all stay the same, so each extra section costs less than the first one did.
If the pad and the budget will take it, price the 19.5 ft against the 13 ft before you decide. If they will not, 130 sq ft is a genuinely capable greenhouse and there is nothing apologetic about it.

Do you sell an exact 10x12 greenhouse?
No. Our closest size is 10 ft x 13 ft, which is 130 sq ft - 10 sq ft more than a true 10x12. The frames are built to metric lengths and 13 ft is the 4 metre length.
Will a 13 ft unit fit a pad I already poured at 12 ft?
Not without an extension. The base needs to carry the full 13 ft footprint, level and diagonally square. If the existing pad is fixed at 12 ft, look at the 6.5 ft length instead, or extend the pad before the pallet arrives.
How many raised beds fit inside?
Two 2 ft x 10 ft beds down the long sides with a 3 ft aisle between them is the standard layout and leaves the end wall free for a potting bench. Three narrower beds work if you are prepared to reach across.
What is it made of?
A 1" x 1" hot-dip galvanized steel tube frame, glazed in 4 mm or 6 mm UV-protected twinwall polycarbonate, with two Dutch doors - one at each end. The frame carries a 3-year warranty.
