A 10x14 search usually comes down to a choice between two real sizes. Here are the actual footprints we build and how to pick between them.
We do not build a 10 ft x 14 ft greenhouse. Our closest size is 10 ft x 13 ft - 130 sq ft of growing space, 10 sq ft under a true 10x14. The length is 4 metres; these frames are manufactured metric and we publish the converted figure rather than rounding it up.

The working difference between 130 and 140 sq ft is one foot of length - a single bench module. What matters far more is the width, and at 10 ft you have the full walk-in layout: a bench run down each side, a centre aisle wide enough to kneel in, and an end wall free for potting.
At this footprint you can start every seedling a large vegetable garden needs, grow a summer crop of tomatoes, peppers or cucumbers trained to the roof, and overwinter a substantial tender collection. It is the size at which a greenhouse becomes a place you spend time rather than a cupboard you open.
Why the length reads 13 ft
These frames are manufactured in metric lengths - 2 m, 4 m, 6 m, 8 m and up. Thirteen feet is the 4 metre length. There is no 14 ft frame in the range, and the next length up is 19.5 ft, which is a much bigger jump than one foot.
So the practical decision on a 10x14 search is not 13 versus 14. It is 13 versus 19.5: take the 10 sq ft shortfall, or step up to 195 sq ft and a noticeably different building.

How to decide between 13 ft and 19.5 ft
Take the 13 ft if the pad is constrained, the yard is a normal suburban lot, or the greenhouse is mainly for propagation and season extension. Ten square feet is roughly one bench end; you will not notice its absence.
Step up to 19.5 ft if you want a permanent potting and storage zone that does not eat into growing space, if you intend to grow food through winter, or if you already garden intensively outdoors and know how fast covered space fills. Length is the cheapest dimension to buy and the most expensive one to add later.

No. Our closest size is 10 ft x 13 ft, which is 130 sq ft - 10 sq ft under a true 10x14. The next length we build is 10 ft x 19.5 ft at 195 sq ft.
Is the missing 10 sq ft noticeable?
In use, no. Ten square feet at 10 ft wide is twelve inches of length, roughly one bench end. Width, door placement and headroom shape how a greenhouse feels far more than a foot of length does.
Can I extend it later?
The frames are modular by design, but we do not publish a maximum extended length yet because our supplier's own figures disagree with each other. Rather than print a number we cannot stand behind, we will publish it once it is confirmed in writing. Buy the length you want today.
What is the peak height?
7 ft on the Arc Series and 7.2 ft on the Loft Series, both at 10 ft wide. That is genuine standing headroom along the centre line and enough to train indeterminate tomatoes to a wire.
