At 10 ft wide you get a genuine centre aisle with a bench down each side, which is the point at which a greenhouse stops being a storage box you reach into and starts being a room you work in. Nineteen and a half feet of length is enough for a two-metre potting station at one end and still leaves roughly 16 ft of bench run.
In practice this footprint supports year-round growing rather than season extension alone: a propagation bench, tall crops such as tomatoes or peppers trained to the roof line, an overwintering area for tender perennials, and a walkway you can push a wheelbarrow down. It is also the smallest size most people find they can heat efficiently while still growing a meaningful amount of food, because the volume-to-surface ratio improves as the structure gets longer rather than wider.
Why 19.5 ft and not 20 ft
These frames are manufactured to metric dimensions. The length you are looking at is 6 metres, which converts to 19.685 ft; we publish it as 19.5 ft because that is the conservative rounding and the figure that will not disappoint anyone with a tape measure.
Every catalog length here is a round metric number: 2 m, 4 m, 6 m, 8 m, 10 m and up. Nothing in the range lands on an exact imperial 20 ft, and calling it 10x20 on a listing would put a wrong dimension on a freight order that is expensive and slow to send back. So the page is titled for the search, and the spec is stated as built.

Plan the pad, not the greenhouse
Order the base off the real dimensions, not the search term. A gravel or timber base for this unit is prepared at 10 ft x 19.5 ft, level and diagonally square. Building the pad at 10 x 20 leaves a six-inch lip of unsupported base at one end, which is untidy rather than dangerous but will bother you every time you look at it.
Add clearance around the structure while you are marking out. You need room to walk the outside for panel cleaning and to open a Dutch door at each end without meeting a fence.

Is 195 sq ft enough for year-round growing?
For most home growers, yes. It gives you bench space down both sides, a working aisle, and room for tall crops. The limiting factor in winter is usually heating and light rather than floor area.
How much snow and wind will it take?
The frame is rated to shed 5 ft of snow. Wind rating is stated per series and is not the same across the range: 75 mph on the Arc Series, 65 mph on the Loft Series and 65 mph on the Gable Series. Anchoring to a prepared base is what makes those numbers mean anything.
What does delivery cost?
Curbside freight is included in the price to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes are not covered and need a separate quote. The unit arrives on a pallet by LTL carrier and must be inspected before you sign for it.
